Introducing Meat 2.0: The Meatery

Without further ado, here begins the heralded "The Meatery", the celebration of all things meat, 2.0 style.

Chronicled within will be dining experiences, recipes, marinades, reviews and random items of interest on the web.

Having just returned from my excursion to Dallas, the first two posts will outline the two best dining experiences: A Chicken Fried Bone-In Rib Eye Steak and an all-you-can-eat-meat fest, Brazilian style.
